Could A Cow Shed in Llanrwst be Wales' Oldest House? BBC News Story

Our Heritage of Wales blogs in recent weeks highlighted the Royal Commission’s partnership with the tree-ring dating project of North-west Wales, and especially the possible dating of the earlier historic house at Plas Tirion, Llanwrst. This story was picked up by the BBC last Friday, 3 February. Following a flurry of phone enquiries from the BBC to the Royal Commission, it went on to feature on the radio, the BBC news website and the Welsh national news later that evening.
